The Artist Behind the Brand

Hush House was born from resilience and creativity, not a business plan. On July 12th, 2022, life took an unexpected turn when I was involved in a traumatic motorcycle accident that left me with a broken pelvis, femur, and both wrists and arms.

Confined to a wheelchair for months, I discovered that art could be more than expression—it could be healing. As I slowly regained mobility, I found joy and therapy in digital creation, using Procreate and my Apple Pencil to design clothing that embodied what I needed most during recovery: comfort without sacrificing style.

Each stroke of my digital pencil wasn't just creating designs—it was rehabilitating my arms and rebuilding my future. What began as physical therapy evolved into something more meaningful: a clothing brand focused on comfortable oversized crewnecks, tees, and more that are truly 'worthy of lounging.'

Today, fully recovered and with a renewed appreciation for life's gifts, I'm grateful for the incredible community that supported me through my darkest days. This community is the heart of Hush House, and my goal is to grow it into a place where people find friendship, support each other, and proudly wear designs that tell a story of transformation.

I'm fortunate to have emerged with a fully functional brain that allows me to be creative and present in reality once more. This journey has taught me that sometimes our greatest challenges lead to our most authentic creations.
